Urban Development Ltd is a licensed and classified Saudi contracting firm operating from Jeddah and Khamis Mushait. Structural works, fit-out, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure all sit under one roof, delivered by engineers and tradespeople on our own payroll — which is why the programme and the quality stay under our control rather than a third party's.

What project owners usually ask
Where do you operate inside Saudi Arabia?
We execute projects across the Kingdom from two offices — Jeddah for the western region and Khamis Mushait for the southern region — with completed work in Abha, Arar, Madinah, Taif and Jazan. We also have experience on projects outside the Kingdom.
Are you eligible for government tenders and the Etimad platform?
Yes. The company holds a valid commercial registration, a municipal licence, chamber of commerce membership, a Zakat and tax certificate, and government contractor classification, and is registered to bid on Etimad.
How long does a project take?
A private villa fit-out typically runs 4 to 8 months; hotels, malls and infrastructure packages run longer. A binding programme is issued with the quotation after the site survey.
What warranty do you provide?
One year on general workmanship from handover, and the manufacturer warranty on installed equipment — HVAC, transformers, fire-fighting and pump systems. Warranty terms are written into the contract.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is built from a bill of quantities after a free site survey. You receive an itemised breakdown of works, materials and programme — no lump-sum figures without detail.
