We execute projects across the Kingdom from two offices — Jeddah for the western region and Khamis Mushait for the southern region — with completed work in Abha, Arar, Madinah, Taif and Jazan. We also have experience on projects outside the Kingdom.
Yes. The company holds a valid commercial registration, a municipal licence, chamber of commerce membership, a Zakat and tax certificate, and government contractor classification, and is registered to bid on Etimad.
A private villa fit-out typically runs 4 to 8 months; hotels, malls and infrastructure packages run longer. A binding programme is issued with the quotation after the site survey.
One year on general workmanship from handover, and the manufacturer warranty on installed equipment — HVAC, transformers, fire-fighting and pump systems. Warranty terms are written into the contract.
Pricing is built from a bill of quantities after a free site survey. You receive an itemised breakdown of works, materials and programme — no lump-sum figures without detail.
